Welcome!
We are currently designing and building our first course. Our goal is to curate and create the best tools, methods, frameworks, concepts, and more — for building successful businesses.
Filling a gap: What should you do before starting a business?
The majority of businesses fail, usually within the first year or two. The truth is that many of them should never have been built. But which ones? Why? How could the founders have known there wasn't really any demand for their idea? I mean, it was brilliant! Hmm.
Many entrepreneurial resources skip right from inspiration around things like the entrepreneurial mindset or success stories straight to the logistics of setting up your business. These resources are great, but they leave out something very important. So we are complementing those offerings by filling the gap: What should you do before you dive in and start building a business and company?
Our Ideation, validation, and prototyping courses will help you determine whether a business idea is likely to succeed before you invest significant time and money, before you set up any legal, financial, and digital infrastructure, before you exhaust the patience of your friends and family, before you quit a day job.Finding and Testing Business Ideas
- Where do ideas come from? What does a good business idea look like?
- How can you avoid building things people won't buy?
- What can you do to identify and manage risks before investing too much?
Discovering, testing, validating, and prototyping business ideas can in fact be done rapidly, cheaply, and effectively.
Innovation Foundations
Our first courses will address this universal entrepreneurial challenge directly.
- Ideation: Coming up with ideas and assessing whether they are viable as businesses
- Validation: Testing business ideas with a series of simple, rapid, iterative experiments
- Prototyping: Creating prototypes of products / services, and working with beta testers
To become a beta tester for the first version of our ideation course, see below!

Coming Soon: Innovation Foundations — Ideation Basics
IDEA 10 — This course helps entrepreneurs and innovators navigate the initial ideation phase — from methods of discovery and observation to frameworks for measurement and selection. Attendees will emerge with a rich set of models and methods for testing business ideas, ensuring their entrepreneurial journey starts with the surest footing possible.
Beta Cohort — We are looking for our first 10 beta testers to go through the ideation course as a cohort, testing each module as we build them, to ensure quality and usefulness. If this interests you, please express your interest here:
